7 day counter not syncing

Anyone having a problem with the 7 day step counter not syncing. Spoke to Fitbit tech said there was a bug in the new upgrade will take a while to fix. My dashboard still works okay, just the 7 day counter

Yes!  I noticed that the 7 day tracker has been static for 2 days.  It syncs one time a day and then never updates again.  My "status" on community pages doesn't change throughout the day.  

 

The other wierd thing I noticed is my stair tracker doesn't seem to be working.  I tested yesterday and found that when I come up from the basement to the main level of the house, it counts as a flight.  But going from the main level to the 2nd floor, it didn't add a flight.  I tested several times.  

Today I went swimming and then came up from the main level to the 2nd floor and it shows that I have "8 floors tracked" when I should only have 1.

Do you also notice this through the web interface at https://www.fitbit.com/friends

Having same problem... With community steps/7 day only. On IPhone. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and did not fix the problem.

@Rich_Laue Yes, same problem on web interface. My 7 day steps are static there too - match the counter on app.
