AFib notification for set up is greyed out and not clickable

This morning I got a banner in Fitbit app to setup AFib detection. But after viewing the details page, I found the SET UP NOW button was greyed out and not clickable.

And in the Discover tab, neither Irregular Heart Rhythm Notification tile nor “Assessments & Reports” section is there.

Any idea?

Hello, @deiG. Thanks for stopping by and the details provided in your post.

We have resolved the issue impacting users in unsupported regions that may have received a notifications in-app that the new Irregular rhythm notifications (Afib PPG) feature is available to them, even though it is not. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

For a list of countries where irregular rhythm notifications or the ECG app is cleared for use, see www.fitbit.com/irregular-rhythm

Waste of time and space if you don't live in the US ie:Canada or anywhere else for that matter

@Really-Man   The Irregular Rhythm Notifications are a medically regulated feature.  It needed FDA approval for release in the US.  It will be released in other countries after approval by the equivalent regulatory board.  This is why the ECG app on the Sense and Charge 5 aren't available everywhere.

Good day,

I hope you can help me. I live on Guam and about a month ago the irregular heart beat showed up and then disappeared. I live in an area covered under the approved listing but still do not have the app. I deleted the app, reinstalled and nothing. I changed addresses from a U.S address back to Guam and lost all heart rate, ecg and so on. I went back to a U.S. address recovered the apps but still no irregular heartbeat tile. Can you help?  I am on the latest firmware and updated app.
