Accidently deleted activity log

Hi,

I accidently deleted my activity log by swiping left. I have just had my watch for two days so I’m still figuring out how everything works. Unfortunately I swiped left in the activity section and now it’s gone.
I tried to add it manually again but then it also added my manual activity to the amount of steps. So I deleted that one again. How can I get the original activity back?

Thank you in advance.

Hello @Atalina and a warm welcome.  Do you use an iPhone?  Did you swipe left expecting this and your activity was gone?

Several users have reported that a left swipe can cause a hard delete.  That activity is unrecoverable.  You don't get any kind of "Are you sure?" warning.  I know that Fitbit is aware of it, because I reported it.  Until it is fixed, I recommend that you tap, don't swipe.

Also, if this is what happened, this is an app issue, not a device issue.  It can be moved to a better forum where it will get the right attention.

Yes that’s what happened and I indeed have an iPhone.

Ah sorry I posted this into the wrong topic.
