Heart monitor will not work. Tried rebooting multiples of times, changing clock faces and re syncing. Nothing works?

Hi, since you already have done the appropriate actions to solve the problem, I would advice you to contact Customer Support. Just to be sure we do not overlook the simplest solution: go to the settings of yoyr Versa, press it ans scroll down to HR, press it and see if it's on or off.

I have the Versa since Christmas and my heart rate monitor stopped working yesterday. The thing that worked for me was to go to settings-->about-->scroll all the way down then, last item (after Factory Reset) is <shutdown>. I tapped shutdown, waited a minute, turned it back on and it BPM is working now.
