1st my versa wasn't tracking my heart rate. Then it stopped tracking my steps. I shut it off and turned it back on that seemed to work for a day. Then it did it again not tracking. I have factory reset it 2x's I think made it worse. It still isnt tracking anything. I cant scroll on the screen, it keeps vibrating off and on. Please help
