I’ve had my versa for a couple months now and haven’t had any issues. This morning while working out, I entered that I was biking into the exercise icon in my Fitbit (I’ve done this loads of times before today). When I clicked finish everything normal came up- except when I looked on my app and saw that Fitbit hadn’t recorded this workout as active minutes. Any solutions? It’s always recorded it until today- so length of activity or speed had nothing to do with it.

Sometimes it takes a while for the Fitbit servers to catch up, just like the syncing steps to challenges issue. Have you checked to see if they synced since then? Rest assured those min. are on record, as you synced your workout to the app.

My Versa stopped counting active minutes on Thursday, 7/19/2018. I tried to restart the Versa, and it still did not count active minutes. On both days, I took multiple active walks that were from 15 to 60 minutes in duration.
On 7/20/2018, in the evening, I put down the Versa and switched to my Charge 2, which I use for yardwork and the weekends. I have had several walking sessions of 20-30 minutes since that switch. As of now, 7/21/2018, I have not logged any active minutes on my Charge 2 either.
I did not notice a recent update to the Android app, so I'm at a loss to even guess why both my trackers have not logged any active minutes for 3 days.
This is becoming quite an annoyance. Has anyone encountered this situation this week?

Having the same problem with my versa I went for a walk this morning and it did record it but now I want to go look and all of my active minutes are gone and I went to the gym today and I went for another walk and still not registering and the calories are not registering right either is there anyone that knows what can help this was all earlier today and it's still not registering and my Fitbit has synced since then and I have tried to shut it down and turn it back on and still nothing it's becoming very annoying if anybody has any ideas please let me know thank you
