Active minutes not counting

My versa active minutes is not tracking or counting/syncing.. How can I get this to work??

@alila Not all exercise minutes are active minutes. For a minute to be counted as active your workout intensity needs to equal or exceed 3 METs. Please read more here.

I had the same problem.  When I changed the Fitness Goal in the app to "Activity Minutes" instead of "Steps"; it started counting and showing the Activity Minutes!

I went on a run for 30 minutes and it did not log anything and shows as zero. Then I did the stairs for 15 min and nothing.  It was working perfectly fine last week but all of a sudden it does not track anything.

@alila Have you tried rebooting it several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right button until Fitbit logo flashes?
