This morning around 8:20, I woke up to check my Versa watch and it showed my heart rate was 0. I plugged in the watch and while plugged in it changed my clock face to something else (I’ve always used the same clock face). My app said I have 321 active minutes, shows a very long spike in activity, and says I’ve burned almost 2000 today already. As shown in the photos, I was asleep while all this was happening. I tried a reset, and found no answers in the forum to help resolve this. While laying in bed trying to figure this out, it has since clocked another 8 active minutes, while my heart rate only clocks in at 57. I thought perhaps my Surge that was in my gym bag with a low battery was potentially malfunctioning and simultaneously tracking activity that isn’t happening. Please help me fix this, I love my Versa and really rely on it being accurate as I work out multiple times a day, have an active job, and keep track of my calories. I’d be lost without my watch! Thanks

Hey @AlyssaKinSK, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Thanks for posting these photos. According to what they show, your heart rate seems to be tracking fine and accurately. However, the active minutes and therefore, the calories burned, suddenly increased because you were fall asleep at that time. So let me suggest you something, please restart your watch. In order to do so, please follow these steps:
In addition, please make sure that you are correctly wearing your Versa. Take a look at this help article for further assistance.
Wear it for a few nights and let me know if the issue persists.
