Versa 3 No activity data

ANSWERED

I had this same issue about a month ago, I work out on a bosu and Fitbit normally classified it as elliptical but now I get nothing again the past few days.  Bosu is a huge part of my day of steps.

I think your best bet would be to use the Exercise App, perhaps calling it 'Workout', and marking the beginning and end of you exercise session instead of relying on it being auto-recognized.  This way at least you would know it would be recognized as an exercise session every time.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Is that not on Fitbit app?

On the Versa 3, not on the phone app, from main screen swipe left to see the apps.  One of the apps is called Exercise with a picture of a person running.

Hi @Mom2Jacob and @JohnnyRow, thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.

Let me help you track your custom activity. Thank @JohnnyRow for your help.

The kind of movements you do with this accessory, don't fall in a pattern of exercise you can find in the default activities the tracker tracks automatically. Instead, you may follow the tip from @JohnnyRowm and manually launch an actvity and choose the activity that best describes the movements you perform. "Workout" is an excellent choice.
