I'm a new FitBit user. I got the Versa 2 for Christmas. I'm still learning how the thing works, but am curious about something that I haven't found the answer to.
I use a wheelchair for ambulation due to a congenital birth defect. I go for "walks" around town to get exercise & to give my service dog some exercise as well. Sometimes, we take our time to "stop & smell the roses", other times we "walk" briskly with some fast sprints thrown in. What should I categorize this exercise as? Bicycling, running, walking?
Any feedback would be much appreciated!!

Hi,
Interesting situation.
Probably walking because it must be measuring steps from your hand movements. If it isn't then bicycling.
But if steps are being detected, why not let it just register automatically your activity and see how your active zone minutes are calculated.
A bit of trial and error.
Active Zone Minutes use heart rate and activity to generate a result. Also check Calories.
