This morning when I opened the app, all my data from yesterday were gone. I did like 4 little workout and they took consideration of just one. They didn’t calculate my calories, the water I put in or my actives minutes. I’ve look at the main board a few times and then realize that Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday were wrong. I close my phone, restart my versa, still missing the data. Anyone’s having this problem? There’s no update available for me either but I wish I could do something not to lose my data.

@Lydiahart I do not think the data is wrong. Active minutes do not equal total minutes you exercised. Active minutes are calculated based on metabolic equivalents (MET). I believe your activity needs to equal or exceed 3 METs to count as active minutes. Please take a look at the heart rate of your walking activities. It around 80 bpm, fat burn. This will not correspond to 3 METs hence won't count as active minutes. Only parts of your run and Thursday workout will. You can read more about active minutes here.

Try uninstalling the app, reinstall it and then log back in. Letus know if that fixes it.

@Lydiahart Yes, @NellyG is right. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I would also ask a question if dashboard on the Fitbit website is missing the workouts as well?

So I’ve just reinstalled the app and it doesn’t work. I’ve check on the fitbit site and the activity do not appear either on the dashboard. I can see them when I look at the exercise section that’s it : https://www.fitbit.com/activities/exercise/17994658770

@Lydiahart We cannot access your exercise logs. Can you confirm that the "missing" workouts are under Activity History in Activities section of the Fitbit website? Could you please take a screenshot and post an image?

@Lydiahart Am I missing something or all activities are there? I see the last 3 activities on the dashboard and within the app. Is anything else missing. If yes, please go to Activities on Fitbit website, scroll down to Activities History and take a screenshot of all activities there. Perhaps I am missing something.

The activities are there. It’s the data in the main dasbord that is missing. If you look at recent exercises you can see I’ve
run twice and did a walk. But in the dashboard it only says I have 53 actives minutes. Which is wrong. I should have a lot more. And that’s the problem.
