My email is already associated with a Fitbit account so am not being allowed to sync new Versa watch to a Fitbit account. How do I sync the Versa to my already established Fitbit account? Or, do I need to delete old account and start again?

No, just log in to your FItbit account on your Fitbit mobile app and tap on the Account icon in the top right corner. Scroll down to Set up a Device and follow the instructions to add your versa to your fitbit account.

@WingPoint you already have a Fitbit account, you don't want to create a new account.
