Hi,

I set up my Versa yesterday,  trying to add music today.  I've seen other questions & tried to follow the instructions but I'm going round in circles.  Can anyone give some advice?

If I go to the personal music on my Fitbit app (iphone 7) it tells me to use the Fitbit software on my computer (which is windows XP) to transfer & manage personal music.  

 

However, I go to Fitbit connect and "manage my music" it tells me it's only available if I have a watch paired to my Fitbit account - I can see all my data on the dashboard of right now, so surely it's paired!? agggh!

Hi, is the music you want to transfer also on your iPhone?
