Adding a HIdden Wireless Network to Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Setting up my new Versa.  All steps seem to work other than setting up my wi-fi connection.  We have a hidden wireless network.  I have followed all of the troubleshooting instructions, but cannot find where to get to the add network manually option.  I have attempted through my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S8) and through my Windows 10 in both the Windows FB app and the dashboard on Fitbit.com.  Suggestions on what to try?  Screenshots would be helpful.

Hi, dot not know if my suggestion will work on a hidden network, but at least you can try it:

Go to settings in the Fitbit app and to Wifi settings, if no network is available, as in your case, add this network manually by pressing "add network" and enter the name and password of your router manually (assuming that you know the name of your router and it's password, if not you'll be not able to connect to WiFi at all), mind you this is Capital sensistive. If this is works, you will see the name of your hidden network with a white icon right next to it. Press that icon and Fitbit will start connecting to this network. When succeeded, the white icon turns to blue and it will say "connected".

Hi, when you are logged in to your Fitbit account, your mobile device will show you within the Fitbit app the dashboard of it, showing your stats. On top of that screen you will see a watch icon, press that and it brings you to the page where also Clock Faces, Apps, etc are shown. Scroll down to WiFi settings and press it. When you have pressed that and it shows no network, press the "add network" . If that option is not is not available, which I can hardly believe, make your Wifi network unhidden, otherwise you will not be able to connect to Wifi.
