As of yesterday, I found that the time is off by several minutes on my Versa. I’ve reset it so many times but it doesn’t do anything. Please help! I love it but I don’t know what else to do!!

Hi, are you using the default Clock Face by Fitbit or a third party one, choosen by yourself. If so, please post me the name of your Clock Face!

I’m using a default Fitbit clockface called Stats. The clockface usually doesn’t matter. This happened shortly after I updated it.

Hi, do you have a normal Versa or a Versa special edition? If normal, install the "Layers" face as this is the default one. If you have the SE, install the "Light" one as this is the default and see it that solves the issue.

Is the watch time off or is it the phone? My phone was 2 minutes behind my watch and cable box. Found that the "auto time" setting was turned off in my phone settings under date and time settings. Think it got turned off during some type of update. Samsung phone (Android)
