After adding payment music control broke

I've added a payment method today and music control stopped working. It says to start playing music, but I already started. Sometimes after I start playing music it appears but dissapers immediately asking again to start playing the music. I restarted a lot of times and have that again at the begining.

 

The whole idea that I have to start playing music on my phone defeats the purpose to control it from the watch. Though at least it worked after I started playing the music. Now it's worthless. Does it to have anything to do with the setting pin? I can't delete it now. Will after hard reset will be deleted?

 

Firmware version 32.71.6.19.

I've made a factory reset and it updated to 32.72.1.9. But still nothing works, the music control is completely lost ;(
