After the factory reset, the Windows 10 app is incomplete.  Minutes? Floors? Steps per hours? Sleep? Heart?  What to do?

Problem solved. Fitbit Connect Classic Mode On.

This after: Fitbit Connect Classic Mode Off and everything is alright!

Uninstall the app, reinstall it and log back in and restart your Versa several times. Let us know if that fixes it!

I've multiple restart Versat, I uninstalled the App, I installed it again and I went into my acount, but unfortunately, nothing changed.

Problem solved. Fitbit Connect Classic Mode On.
