I updated my fitbit versa a couple days ago and now it wont stop counting steps, I have to keep resetting it. And even deleted it and reinstalled it.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Only the step count is being affected or other stats too? Are you using a Fitbit original clock face or a third-party one?

Hello I am also having this issue. I have done the same trouble shooting and the steps still count when I am not moving. While sleeping, etc
