Alarm, WiFi and syncing issues

Had my Versa a week now and I have to say I’m not all that impressed. The entire experience seem to be full of bugs. Many of my complaints have been covered in depth on other threads but here is a quick rundown on some of the issues I’m having:

 

- The wake function is intermittent, sometimes it works when I lift up my wrist, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it wakes when I tap the screen, sometimes it doesn’t. 

- WiFi often doesn’t pick up any signal of any networks even though my phone can pick up well over 30 in the area, occasionally it does work, but again intermittent. 

- Syncing issues all the time with the app, have tried on both android and iOS, similar results. The Coach app tries but fails to upload all the time, the watch faces often can’t load, the swimpro app did download but then just got stuck on the loading screen.

 

Please don’t anyone suggest restarting the watch by pressing down the left and bottom right buttons, at this point I am developing arthritis in my index finger and thumb. Maybe I can get an app for that (although I’m doubtful it would work).

 

I think I would like the product if it just worked, most of the problems I have, had do appear to be centered around the app and are likely software related so I am hopeful new updates will add some stability to the whole experience. Unfortunately the sour taste will remain as most of these issues should not have been allowed to make it to market.

 

On the plus side I do like the relatively accurate heart rate monitor and the lap counter on the swimming app, even if they are mutually exclusive.

I appreciate the feedback provided about the Versa and the Fitbit app. Now regarding the issues you are experiencing, can you please tell me which troubleshoot have you tried so far besides restarting the unit?
