Alexa Problems on Versa 2

Is anyone else having problems with Alexa working on their Versa 2?  Mine was working yesterday when I first got this watch for about an hour after I initial setup.  All of a sudden, Alexa couldn't understand anything I was saying (after I had tested reminder, alarms, weather question, and even turning on my smart lights and changing the color!).  Anyways, I have been very frustrated the last day trying to get this to work, but any time she responds the text states "I'm sorry, I currently do not know that recipe, more crafting recipes will be added over time. What else can I help you craft?". I have tried and made sure wifi router was reset and both watch and phone on same network.  I have disconnected Alexa and reconnected...the app says it's connected fine.  I have disconnected my Fitbit from my app on phone, and I have even done a factory reset on the fitbit.  Same results...please help!

Your saying that she doesn't understand what your saying. 

Open your Alexa app on the phone. Go to your activity. It is here where you will see what Alexa thinks you said. 

The Alexa app on the tracker, works through the phone, not your WiFi router.

Thank you for your response!  So somehow a skill called "crafting coach" got enabled and that appears to be when it stopped working and also makes sense why Alexa's response has the word crafting in it every time I speak through the watch.  I disabled the skill but still gives me the exact same response on the watch every time I say something.  If I change what I ask, some the response will adjust slightly saying, for example, "I do not currently know the recipe for 'timer for 5 minutes', etc...". Furthermore, none of my activity is showing up from my watch since this "crafting coach" Alexa skill somehow got enabled and I have been experiencing this issue.  The only activity since that skill was enabled is voice activity from my echo and not the watch, even though I've tried commanding it probably over 50 times with that same response about crafting a recipe.  There is a bug and I don't know what to do.  This, besides the fitness tracking, was my most anticipating feature of this watch...

So a little progress was just made and I finally got a response, but it was a response as suggested for the crafting coach skill, which again I have no idea why this skill is taking over and limiting Alexa's functionality.  Once I asked it how to craft a bench (of all things), it now appears to be taking regular commands.  It almost seems as if it was stuck in that skills app and needed me to ask it how to craft something before I could ask anything else.
