Alexa is often not working when I am out of the house even if I have my phone nearby.  I have heard from many others who have the same watch and this appears to be a common problem.  Is this a product defect on this watch?

Is it defective on your watch, I can't say. 

Ocaisionly this happens to me, but usually straightens out by itself or I restart the phone.
