Alexa on Versa 2 not working properly

No matter what question I ask Alexa, her response is always something to do with City Bike in NYC. I love in Dallas Texas, not sure why it how this is happening. I've restarted the watch, I've logged off and back into Alexa through the app, nothing is working. My watch is 4 days old.
