All versa buttons stopped working

Hi all of my versa buttons have stopped working. First it started off as the main button, now it’s all of them. Tried cleaning them.  It’s also skipping to things without me even touching the screen! I want to reSet it but how do I restart my fit if I cant even use the buttons?!

Hi, indeed, if you cannot do anything with the buttons, a reset cannot be done this way. Contact Customer Support about the button problem.
