cannot get versa to download any clock. also it is showing multiple languages over and over. almost like it is not set up completely but says it is syncing. please help

Hi, try restarting your Versa multiple times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill the Fibit logo appears and release the buttons. Maybe that solves the problem.
