Versa suddenly stopped working

My Versa was fully charged and working fine and then suddenly it wasn't. I have tried doing a reboot and a reset by holding the buttons but nothing happens. I've tried charging it on the dock but again nothing happens. It's just a black, blank screen and I have no idea what to do next.

Hi, contact Customer Support with this problem They are able to perform a battery test of your Versa.
