Question/Issue:
Have an Alta and upgraded to Versa. When both are on my account, neither one syncs accurately. After deleting the Alta, and setting up the Versa again, the Versa works. Perfect world this would work, unfortunately, my Versa will not pass security measures and my workplace. My Alta does, which is why I want both of them to sync. When I attempt to add my Alta as a device, the Fitbit app asks me if I want to switch to the Alta. If I say yes, it deletes my Versa. Any help would be appreciated as I'm not currently logging steps at work due to this issue.

Yes @Mymommywars we are aware of this issue but not sure how much Fitbit knows about it.

Usually you can add the Area then the Ionic, and it should be fine.

I did that at first as I already had my Alta set up, but my Versa wouldn't sync accurately even with All Day Sync and other options selected. I will try again and hopefully it will resolve the issue.
