Annoying Message from Windows 10 Fitbit App

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

A popup keeps appearing asking me if I want to "let fitbit unpair your device from versa 2." It happens every time I open the app or change a screen in the app. I click no, which makes the popup disappear for the moment, but it's getting annoying. Does anyone know why this is happening and if there's a fix for it?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @TryTwoFitB , have had the same problem when I used Windows 10 Fitbit app. I kept ignoring it and after a while it did not appear anymore. Do not know why this happened, but rest assured, it stops by itself. If it does not stop by itself, press settings - Devices -BT devices and check whether your Versa is listed twice , one under mouse/keyboard with a keyboard icon and the other one in "other devices". Delete the one with the keyboard icon. Regards kuzibri

Still ignoring it, but I don't go to the app all that often. Maybe it still has to learn to go away.

I keep clicking NO and the app still wont synch. I have re-paired from the Bluetooth menu, rebooted the versa 2 and no luck. I dont have a cell phone to check on the app.
