I have had a phantom alarm on my Fitbit Versa 2 for over a year now and it wasn't really bothering me, it was for giving my elderly dog her medicine, so it got used even though the time was burned into my memory. But now she's passed away, so it's painful every time the alarm goes off. Before you suggest I go to the app and turn off silent alarms, that section does not exist in the app. I also have no silent alarms section in the dashboard on fitbit.com. I have also attempted to just set one on the watch itself and turn THAT alarm off. No luck. PLEASE someone help me turn off this very saddening alarm 😞

Hello @gabesventek
I do hope I can help. On your Versa 2 open the Alarms app, tap the alarm you want to delete, tap the trash icon or Remove. You may need to swipe up to see this option. If that doesn’t work could you have set an Alexa alarm? These are separate from the normal alarms. If that’s the case look here on how to manage alarms with voice assistant: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2009.htm
I hope this gives you the answer you are seeking. Your post touched me 😔

Thanks very much, unfortunately there is no alarm for that time on the watch. It's also not an Alexa alarm. It is a regular old silent alarm that was set prior to the app update. Then after the app update silent alarms were removed from the app and the dashboard. Thanks for the assist though.

Hello again @gabesventek
Have you considered restarting your Versa 2 to see if that helps? https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm It’s certainly worth a shot since the alarm is not showing anywhere. If all else fails you can certainly try syncing your tracker, removing your Versa 2 from your account by opening the Fitbit app, tapping your profile picture, scroll down and tap Versa 2 then scroll down and tap remove this device. Then setting it back up as a new device by opening the Fitbit App, tapping your profile picture then scroll down and tap Set Up A Device, then follow the onscreen instructions.
You won’t lose any of your data

Thanks very much for the continued assistance. Somewhere in the last couple days of restarting the watch many times, removing and adding the device several times etc. the alarm has now gone! I appreciate the continued help and am glad it's finally gone after years of doing these same exact steps.
Thanks again.
