So it’s been 10 days since I sent my Fitbit back for replacement using the label I was sent. I have been tracking it and it was to be delivered today. Now delivery says pending. Last time this happened. Less than a month ago it took a month for me to receive a replacement. I believe it is the way that Fitbit has the returns done not the fault of FedEx. All I can say is I am very unhappy with Fitbit service. When I speak with them all I get is the same run around that they can’t send my replacement until they get my return.
