Subject pretty much states the question. Are you using a Versa, with connected GPS on an android phone and is it connecting consistently w/o causing the watch to crash? Would be even better if you can tell me it's working well with a LG G7.
I had a versa for about a week earlier this year and just couldn't get it to ever connect to my phone and would like to know if this issue has been fixed with any sort of consistency.

Is your phone on the supported list?

Sometimes it takes a few tries to get mine connected but it always does

@Cyric Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! As @WendyB mentioned your phone doesn't show as compatible but you can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. Hopefully someone with your exact phone can post in this thread.
Let me know how it goes!

Well my phone works just fine with other fit bit devices. Charge 3, Charge 2 in the past and never had any issues connecting with my Ionic either. My previous Nexus 5x worked with all of these devices as well. However I was never able to get it to connect to my versa which I ended up returning as a result of this issue.
The reason I posted this question is because, I'm not happy with my Charge 3 Currently due to lack of usable clock faces and the new gray fonts are impossible to read in daylight.

I have had my versa for two weeks. and have tried everything I have found to try to get it to stay connected to gps. I am ready to return it (returned it once for an exchange hoping for better luck) I will probably just stick with my Charge2 because I have never had a problem with it. Or look to a different company. I am very disappointed at this point.

Same problem here. Connected GPS works perfect with Charge 2 but constantly disconnects-connects during running , walking or cycling with Versa.
This is a Versa connectivity issue not present in previous and cheaper models.
