Anyone had their Versa replaced before?

Anyone got their Versa replaced before and did Fitbit provide a new device or refurbished and how long did you have to wait for the replacement?

@Amy8 at least a few on this forum. Fitbit can send you either brand new or refurbished device. As far as I know they mainly ship new ones. They rarely ship whole kits, i.e. in a branded box with all accessories. Saves on shipping costs. After your replacement gets approved by Customer Support, you will receive it shortly, usually within a few days, as it is shipped via courier. Hope that helps.

Yes I had mine replaced last week through office works where I purchased it from, first one ceased receiving texts and messenger notifications on my Ffitbit Versa took it in did some explaining to them and it was replaced it on the spot.

Thanks! i probably should re-phrase my question "Anyone had their Versa replacement shipped to them outside of US? (internationally)" Apparently they can't ship mine due to customs issue. So i'm stuck without a watch for 3 weeks now and they said it may take 2 months to resolve. Sigh
