Hi there,
My Fitbit Versa just vibrated on my arm and when I looked down, it was flashing the blue Fitbit Logo.
I've tried to put it on the charger, but it is still flashing.
What does this mean? And how do I fix the problem?

Yes! The same thing is happening to mine this morning. I would love to know what’s wrong or how to fix it!

Mine did that also so I went into app on my phone and it did an update. Took ages and now it has locked me out and won’t accept my pin code. I think I will have to delete it and reload unfortunately.

It means your versa is restarting itself.

Even if its been doing it for over an hour now? Will it just stop on it’s own?

Try to do a factory reset, shut down and unpair and pair back your Versa. If it's still restarting, I suggest you contact customer support like I did. Mine was defective.

Thanks! I contacted support and they walked me through it. Seems to be working fine now after restarting the versa & iphone, then pairing it again.
