Versa screen won’t open with touch or motion

My versa is to light up when I turned my wrist or touch the screen . Now only opens when I touch side button

Hi, just to be sure: press and hold the left button for about two secs and the activity screen will open. Is screen activation still on automatic? Sometimes it happens that it's turned off by itself for unknow reasons. If it is still on automatic, try restarting your Versa several times.
