Missing wallet tile in dashboard

Hi, 

 

I purchased Fitbit Versa as it has a fitbit pay option. But when I installed the app on my mobile, wallet tile was missing. 

I searched the net and tried all the options like uninstall/reinstall the app, reset the versa for factory settings, installed app on different mobile but nothing is working. I also modified the location to Australia in advance settings, but no luck.

Can anyone suggest me how to fix this issue?

Hi, do you mean the dasboard of you mobile device? When yes, press the Versa icon in the right upper corner of your dashboard screen and it will bring you to another page where f.i. Clock Faces and Apps are shown. The Wallet tile should also be on that page. If it isn't, press Apps - press My Apps - See if the Wallet is it the list. If it's not, press All apps - type Wallet in the search bar and install it.

Hi, 

Wallet is missing everywhere. It's not available in the dashboard,  not on another page where clock face is shown and not listed in all apps.

I followed those exact instructions but didn't see the wallet. I only saw, Crypto Trakr and EasyPics. This is supposed to be a special edition. Lavender woven band.
