I recieved my replacement fitbit versa yesterday and was so excited to have it back. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, got everything charged and synced. I went to change my clock face and my phone froze. I know have a broken phone ( won't turn on) and a brand new replacement fitbit that doesn't work either. I feel like the app has had reoccurring issues and my 1st fitbit versa was never able to do what it was supposed to. ( Notifications never worked, if I tried to change clock face or sync weather app, the app would just force close) Never had any issues with my fitbit charge but seems like my versa has never worked well. Has anyone else experienced these issues? and any advice? Not sure what to do and frustrated. Now I'm afraid to download the app on a different device so I can finish set up.

It sounds like your phone may need a charge. Put it on the charger and see what happens.
Then try downloading the app again. From there try downloading a clock face made by Fitbit and see if that helps with the crashing.
