Hi everyone,

 

I just got the Versa and was trying to link Snapchat, maps, and other apps on it.  According to the directions, it says I should go to Notifications in the fitbit app, then go to App notifications. There is no app notifications.  Does anyone know how I can get the notifications set up?

I just got the Versa and most of the apps I use like Facebook messenger, Snapchat, and gmail aren’t listed as options. How do I get these to show up so I can link them?

If you go to the Fitbit app, you will see the Versa in the top left hand side. Press that. Scroll down until you see notifications then click that...then you will see app notifications. Click that and they will be there...not a lot of them but some. Instagram is not on there so that was disappointing. Hope this helps.

THANK YOU! I have been meaning to look for this! I just added my app notifications and Insta was one of them so maybe check back now 🙂

When I sync my versa then go into my app notifications, it says apps will added to the list after being sent to my phone. I get snaps all the time and yet they still won't come through to my versa. Please help!

I’m having the same issue with my Versa. Not getting Snapchat notifications, although I got them just fine on my Blaze. Anyone know how to fix this?

Make sure you go into your Snapchat setting via Snapchat and via setting and that everything is checked. Same thing happened to me and that’s how I fixed it
