I have been unable to get my stats from Versa as it can't be found by the app. Have tried the trouble shooting list and updated app and Android phone. Restarted my phone and Bluetooth. What next?

Have you removed the Versa from the phones Bluetooth?
Cleared the Fitbit's app cache?
Restarted both the Versa and phone? Better yet powered both off?
Removed the Fitbit app, restart phone, and installed a fresh copy.
