App data and watch data don’t match

For the second time when I sync versa with app on iPhone the data is different and changes. Watch had active minutes and active hours when I synced with app it says no active minutes and only 4 of 12 hours active when watch said 12 of 12. Calorie count also reset only think that stayed same was steps and km

Hi, try this:

1. Deinstall the Fitbit app on you phone

2. Restart your phone

3. Reinstall Fitbit app again.

4. Sync your Versa with your phone and see whether your problem is solved. 

Do not remove or unpair your Versa from the Fitbit app during this procedure! Good luck!!

My versa 2 data is not matching the app either. My watch says 9 of 9 hrs active but the app says 8 of 9.

Same for me with Versa 2 and android app.  The step count on the app does change throughout the day, but does not match the watch count by a big margin 3500+ steps.

For the record, I tried this and it did not help. The first two hours of today have no steps recorded at all on the app, but indicate that I made steps before then and after. The phone says I completed 250 steps for each of those blank hours
