Hi team,

 

      iam using POCO F1 mobile, i installed fitbit app on my mobile, everything is updated, except the app is not getting loaded, hence the mobile and watch not connected,the app is loading for a while now with no change and stating,"firmware update is required".if tried to exit the app

I don't believe your phone is on the Approved Devices list.
