App not showing active hours

Hi, my Fitbit versa is shoeing my active hours 250+ steps but in the app it shows 0. I have reset the app, the watch, logged in & out, updated the app, everything I can think of... any ideas on fixes? Thank you

Hi, Iwould advice the following:

1. Close the Fitbit app on your phone.

2. Deinstall the app, do not remove or unpair your Versa!

3. Restart your phone

4. Reinstall the Fitbit app.

Hope this solves your problem.

OK, press in the Dashboard of your Fitbit app the watch icon on top of the screen on the right side and you will see the page with the Clocks and Apps tiles. Scroll down to directly underneath Notifications, where it says "Reminders to move", press it and see if this is enabled, when not enable it.

This is enabled also. All settings seem to be correct and the watch is showing my active hours but the app nothing. I’ve even logged on to fitbit.com desktop version which again says I’ve been inactive since Sunday (I wish), I am a dog walker and its half term so extremely busy days.
