I took a 45 minute walk, which I tracked with my Fitbit. When I went to sync my fitbit with my app, all my active minutes disappeared from my fitbit and didn't show on the app. I tried restarting the fitbit. I walk daily and my fitbit has never had an issue tracking it as active minutes.
Best Answer@Cupcakelove76 It could be that it's just a fluke, a hiccup during sync. Can you please go to your Dashboard on Fitbit.com and verify that the data is missing there as well?
Yes it is gone from the dashboard as well.
