I just a new versa and I’m having trouble enabling app notifications. Before the update I just chose which of the apps I wanted notifications from a list but now I’m met with a note that says “apps will be added to the list after they send notifications to your phone.” What does that mean and how do I enable app notifications??

I keep getting my responses on my wrist saying they come from "me" anytime I reply to a text. It also comes across on my phone as well. Fitbit support had no clue.....
