Had my new versa 2 for just over a week and every day my app notifications disconnect and the only way to get then back on is to uninstall the app then reset everything back up which is a pain when it's happening everyday sometimes twice in a day. Can anybody help me with this

That phone is listed as compatable (see Supported Devices List  ). Id suggest you contact Support for assistance
