first noticed a problem yesterday where my Versa2 wasn't counting heartbeats on walks. I noticed that the green led was no long flashing so I stopped the watch and restarted and everything worked fine. This afternoon I accessed the app on my android phone which I do many times a day. I wanted to check the route I walked today and when I go and press the <day> of <days> the app crashes. I’ve tried restarting my phone and also reinstalling. I am on the latest software and firmware release.

Many others are reporting the same problem and Fitbit tech has been notified.

I figured something happened with the software. This morning per another users suggestion I cleared both the data and cache for the app on my Galaxy S10 and it now appears to be working. Thanks

I just got word that the techs recognized and found the problem which should now be fixed.
