App won't open anymore!

The app won't open on my phone. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, disconnecting the phone from the Bluetooth but it still won't open. It's been a week now and I don't know what else to try! Does anyone have any suggestions?

 

I am having to sync via a tablet which means I can't use the connected GPS.

Hi, this is very strange. Which phone are you using? Restart your phone twice and after that reinstall the Fitbit app again and see if the problem is solved. Hope you did not remove or unpair your Versa from the Fitbit app, otherwise you have to perform the setup all over again. good luck !!

I have a Moto g5, which I now know isn't on the Fitbit list, however the app worked until about a week ago!

Hi @SarahFl   As@SunsetRunner  suggested, try uninstalling the app then reinstall it and log back in and see if that fixes it.
