I used to be able to log onto my Mind and Body app and also my Fitindex app and it would sync with Fitbit.   It no longer does that.   When I click to connect it tells me to contact Fitbit Help.   I'm afraid to Revoke Access and try and add it back.    Is there another tip?

@Pwoo10 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! You should be able to use the MindBody app as is shows compatible in our site. The usual method to refresh the link is that you actually revoke its access on your settings area on the Fitbit account. After this join them again as you initially did. For the other app you can try the same process and consult the developer if they still support the integration as this is done by them not by Fitbit.

Thank you.   I was worried about revoking access but I did that and reconnected them.   It worked.   Thank you again for all your help.
