Apps and Clock faces won't load

After not using my watch for a few months (it used to work just fine), I went ahead and got it re-synced and everything. I then went to go change my clock face and saw that, when opening up any sort of clock face on the app, it will infinitely just load there, no errors or anything, just a white screen with the blue loading circle. I restarted the app, un-synced and re-synced the watch, factory reset the watch, and none of it works. Please help, I just wanna use a clock face...

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To further investigate, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Versa? Because you haven't used your device for a while, the app could be outdated. Therefore, please try the following steps and try again to change the clock face or install an app on your Versa:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the operating system version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

I have a Galaxy J3 Luna Pro, and I've already done all 6 of these steps. I've uninstalled and re-installed the app, removed the Versa from my account entirely and re-synced it, made sure my phone was the most updated version, etc.

I'm having the same problem. I tried in both my app and on the laptop. I even reset the watch entirely. I can't change anything on my versa right now because of this issue.
