I’ve had my Versa since April 2019 and now so many things are going wrong with it. I lot my Alarm App, the Cog Wheel on Settings had disappeared, and when I tap on the About button, nothing happens! I can not even do a factory reset. I’ve been in contact with Support on the phone, I was only advised to do a rest with holding down the back button until the Fitbit Logo appears, let go for less than 2 seconds then push again and wait for a vibration. That’s not working either!!! I’m ready to stomp on this piece of crap watch!!! Anyone else having any of these issues????

@Kathy256, thanks for sharing details about your Versa's behavior, as well for your efforts in troubleshooting your watch. I got in touch with our Support team who told me that you already contacted them again to continue working on this matter and they provided you with assistance. If you continue having this issue, please confirm if the apps missing are updated in the Fitbit app, as well to be syncing your watch regularly.
