I got my Versa on Saturday and I've had issues with diff apps not syncing on and off since. The iconic water app has never gotten past the connecting to phone stage and the weather app (which was working great until today) now won't sync with the phone. It's driving me mad, bit underwhelmed considering how much the tracker cost...
Have tried resetting everything multiple times, syncing over wi-fi and using phones data, nothing works.
EDIT: also the Strava app only shows one past entry from months ago, won't update to show recent activity.

I have been having issues with my Strava App as well. Have you contacted the developer of the Water App? (If Strava were more important to me, I would have contacted them)

Has anyone resolved this issue? I got my Versa just over a month ago and it had been performing beautifully until this happened. I have restarted the watch, the phone ,and reset Bluetooth with no luck yet. It's pretty frustrating paying as much as I did for a smart watch whose smart watch features don't work. Pretty much just a pedometer and HR monitor now, could have paid a lot less if that's all I wanted it for.

Same thing started happening to me last night. None of the apps want to sync even though syncing to the app is working. Kind of frustrating.
