Create a find phone feature, be able to ping your phone with a button on the watch and hear the phone. The competitors have this feature and it is needed.

Yes this would be fairly easy for someone to develop an app to do this. 

As for asking Fitbit, you might consider adding your vote. Rather than asking the users.
